Q. My undercounter ice machine won't run. What is wrong with it?

Q. How do I determine if the Static Bin Control needs to be adjusted?

- A. The MIM25 serial number is located on the backside of the ice machine
Q. Can I attach a water softener to my ice machine?
- A. It is not recommended because a water softener adds salinity to the water raising the freezing point. Raising the freeze point will cause the machine to produce ice slower and causes the ice to become a wet and a slushie consistency.
